In Europe, women are losing their place in the ın the technology war.
The decrease of participation rate in technology of women is promising danger for the society. It will create an account inequalities in the society which will result with the lack of sufficient works and investments in the educational politics.
The consciousness for the future needs of the female technicians, engineers and information computers has spread throughout the world.
In Europe, the percent of the females initiated on the technical field jobs is still exist at 10% level.
The reason of this apprehensive result is the absence of a conscious effort for the application. The achievements of the women in the technical jobs of medical, educative, legal and economical sciences, which have been reported in the last 7 years, has lifted the situation. Nevertheless, the number of women in the engineering jobs such as technic and computer has remained at the percent of 10.
There is notifying even a decrease in the number of application of chemistry, physics, computer and mathematics at the faculties especially among the high school students by the data announced in June books.
A psychologist who collaborates with the motivation and consciousness studies with these events says that the people escaping from the jobs with more responsibilities do not think of these kind of jobs when they come back to their mind.
The presidents of the female technology society of Europe said that the increase of application and awareness of the female on technology field need a movement that includes every institution of society from family to education institutions, from high school to universities and from workplaces to politics, in her speech which she delivered at the celebration of the National Technology Holiday of Slovakia on 18th November 2011.

Why women who are organised and educated have a decrease of attention for technology sector?
The most reasonable answer for this question is that the work regulation and working conditions in this sector appears to be not much liked by the women who habituate to look after their families and homes.
The times of the missions in the technical sector are mostly in the weekdays between the 9-17.
The chaotic conditions and high competition which are good for the talent oriented people who do not have a family are ecologically not faithful for those who wish to have a family life at the same period.Not only women but also men in these sectors are taking care of their families outside of the workplaces. But it accrues more negative effects for the women who want to create a family life and have children.
People that are sincere to the continuation of human species can not do their missions as much as they would like to do in these kind of ecological conditions.
Woman who uses their right to work wants to use their rights as much as they can. In contrary prevails the men in the work field outside of the working hours. The man who comes late home can sleep to get rid of fatigue for the tomorrow. But the women in the other side will be tired even if they come home at the same time.
The explanation of this phenomenon also lies in the fact that the female technicians, engineers and university professors using their limited work time first for the family responsibilities such as educating their kids or caring their old mothers it is difficult for them to come to their faculties and make additional researches and mission. Because the purpose of their coming to the faculties is completely different.
They are first of all adequate for their family responsibilities. If these issues can not be solved, the statistic of women’s single child application will rise.
If a society die syphilisically, the necessary condition for this disease is the increasing number of females in lower family responsibility level (single babys, single children). Such society ages and die.
The Americans have solved this issue by giving short leave times for the mothers in the NASA mission for space travels. We should also give a chance to support these women by decreasing their work taxes.
However, we need to run fast to catch up from behind in technology race.
In this period when money is very tight, the human resources are very important and we cannot afford to pay more wages.
Anyway, making these solutions for the female problem, with recruiting more students from high schools and giving more economy in the economic policies for the changing professions will increase the number of male and female technicians and engineers in our country simultaneously.
